A collaboration with June Sekiguchi and Pam Hom
Conversations on parent-child relationships in their different cultures of heritage inspired an exploration of familial influence on art and creativity in the project, Bloodlines.
The power of the three part collaborative energized the group to look for more possibilities to explore the thesis of Bloodlines and expand it into another iteration called The Blood That Runs Through Us…an ongoing dialogue, as part of Tacoma’s inaugural storefronts installation project “Artscapes”. This time we worked interactively melding the individual work into an extensive installation on life and death.
